Description

This is a late 18th to early 19th century building on King Street. It is built of brick with a dentil eaves cornice and a slate roof, featuring brick stacks with moulded caps. The facade is symmetrical. The ground floor has a door that has been altered from its original four-panel design, now featuring a pedimented hood supported by console brackets. There are two casement windows on the ground floor, with glazing bars and shutters. The first floor has three similar windows, without shutters. The building is documented in the Royal Commission on Historic Monuments as Monument 24.
