Description
Chubb's Farm is a former farmhouse, now divided into three flats, likely dating from the 18th century. The building features rubble stone walls and thatched roofs with coped gables and brick end stacks. It has a U-shaped plan with projecting rear wings at each end, which may have been added later. The structure is two storeys high. In the front range, there is a six-panel door set within an open timber porch that has a gabled roof with bargeboards. The ground floor includes two casement windows with horizontal glazing bars, each set under flat stone arches. The first floor has three similar windows.
