Description
This is a barn located 130 metres north-northwest of the Manor House, dating from the mid-18th century. It features rubblestone walls and two brick buttresses with set-offs on the southern half. The slit lights are blocked with brickwork, and the roof is thatched with half hipped ends. At the centre of the south side, there is a projecting porch supported by brick corner buttresses. The barn has renewed two-leaf plank doors from the 20th century and a plank side door from the 19th century. The north entrance, which faces the opposing side, also has two-leaf plank doors but lacks a porch. Inside, the roof is constructed with collar beams and three sets of through purlins, characteristic of the 18th century.
