The cottage is one and a half storeys high and has four windows, which are two-light wood casements with glazing bars, wood cills, and concrete lintels. There are eyebrow dormers present. The front door, located to the right of the centre, is a plank and glazed door from the 20th century. An outhouse made of rubble and thatch is situated at the east end of the property.
