Description
Drayton's Dairy is a building from the 18th century that consists of a house with an attached barn. The structure features brick walls, with stone banding in the barn section. The west gable of the barn is made of both brick and stone and is buttressed. The roof is thatched, and there is a brick stack. The building has one storey and an attic. The house has a flush door with a glass panel, and the ground floor includes two modern casement windows. The attic features two half-dormers with similar windows. The barn has a shuttered opening at a high level. Inside, the main ground floor room of the house has a large open fireplace, which is partially blocked, and a chamfered ceiling beam.
