Description

East Fossil Farm House is likely from the 19th century. It is a brick farm house with part plastered walls, slate roofs, and brick stacks. The house is set at a right angle to the road. The south-facing main elevation features a panelled front door with a fanlight above. The ground floor has three double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The first floor has four similar windows. A two-storey extension projects from the west side, at a lower level. The ground floor of the extension has one double-hung sash window with glazing bars, and the first floor has one horizontally sliding sash window with glazing bars.
