Description

Nos. 31 and 32, Thonicks, originated in the 17th century and were originally a single house. The building has plastered walls and thatched roofs, with brick stacks. It is arranged over one storey and attics. Lean-to extensions are present at the rear, featuring colourwashed brick walls and corrugated iron roofs. No. 31 has a ledged door within a brick porch topped with a tiled roof. The ground floor features two horizontally sliding sash windows with central glazing bars. The attic has two half-dormers, each containing a sash window of a similar design. No. 32 has one horizontally sliding sash window with a central glazing bar on its ground floor. The attic of No. 32 contains one half-dormer with a matching sash window.
