Description
Stavordale House is an attached house dating from the mid-18th century, with extensions made in the 19th century. It features coursed rubble-stone walls and clay-tile roofs, which have stone gable copings at the end gables and inner verges. The house has rendered brick stacks located at the left-hand gable, the inner left verge, and the right verge.
The building is two storeys high and has five windows. The left-hand canted bay contains sash windows with glazing bars, while the central three bays have 19th-century sash windows with vertical glazing bars and a casement window above the front door. The right-hand bay also features sash windows with glazing bars.
The front door is centrally located and is a flush-panelled design with two top lights, dating from the 19th century. There is a wooden canopy over the open porch. Additionally, there is a door in the right bay, which is also flush-panelled with two top lights and has a wooden canopy over its open porch.
