Description
No. 4 Albert Street is a house located at the end of a terrace in Weymouth, dating from the early 19th century. The building is rendered and features a slate roof. It has three storeys and one window. The upper storey has a 12-pane sash window in a moulded flush box, while below is a canted oriel with a replacement sash. On the ground floor, there is a large 12-pane sash window, and to the left, a 20th-century door is set beneath a flat 19th-century hood supported by scrolled brackets. The house has a small plinth and a ridge stack on the right side. The interior has not been inspected. This house is noted as the only one on the north side of the street that remains of special interest; previously, the brickwork was not rendered.
