Description
No. 4 Fleet Street is an attached house dating from the early 19th century. It features rendered stone walls set on a stone plinth and has a slate roof with a slate-hung gable end and a slate-hung rear wall. There is one brick chimney stack located at the right-hand gable. The house has three storeys and approximately two windows, with renewed sashes that include glazing bars on the ground floor. There is a canted oriel window at the first-floor level, which is also a sash window and has a wooden moulded cornice. The front door, located on the left side of the ground floor, is a 20th-century wooden door with small panels and has a glass light above it. This building is included for its group value.
