Description
The barn at Long Ash Farm, located 30 meters north-west of the farmhouse, is a structure likely dating from the late 18th century. It features walls made of flint and brick, topped with a hipped thatched roof. On the south-east side, there is a hipped-roofed cart porch, which has full-length lean-to extensions on either side, also constructed from flint and brick, with roofs made of pantile and corrugated iron. The extensions include stable doors and plain timber windows. Attached to the barn on the right is an open cart shed, which has walls made of flint, brick, and cob, and a hipped thatched roof supported by timber posts at the front.
