Description
This footbridge, likely built around 1780, connects the grounds of Milton Abbey School to Saint Catherine's Chapel, located 100 meters west of the chapel. It is a brick structure featuring a single segmental pointed arch made with stone "long and short" voussoirs. The abutments facing the road are constructed with flint and brick panels. The bridge has a solid brick parapet topped with rounded brick coping.
