Description

Knoll Farm is a house dating from the 17th century, featuring a lobby entrance design. It has undergone early 19th-century alterations and includes 20th-century extensions and details. The building has painted brick walls, with the oldest section constructed in English bond and some areas in English Garden Wall bond. It features a plinth and a band at the first floor level, along with cambered arches above the ground floor openings. The roof is tiled. The northeast front is two storeys high, with a wider older section on the south side, and has three windows on each floor. The windows are 20th-century casements, and there is a 20th-century gabled porch located in the southeast gable.
