Description

West Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates back to 1670, with alterations and additions from the 18th and 19th centuries. The building is constructed of banded rubble and flint, along with banded brick and flint. It features tiled roofs with four brick stacks, two at the ends and two along the ridge. The farmhouse has two storeys and a four-window range, with two-light casements that have glazing bars above. On the ground floor, there are two canted bays with sash lights and dentilled cornices, flanking a plank door set within a timber lattice porch. To the left, there is a 20th-century casement.

Inside, there are notable features including 17th-century stairs with square newel posts, moulded handrails, and turned and moulded balusters.
