Description

Clappentail is an 18th-century building, possibly with earlier origins. It is a two-storey, four-bay structure with a pantile roof and a pebbledash front. The building features a projecting bay window on both floors of the third bay from the left. The first bay contains a three-light sash window with glazing bars above and below. The second bay has a two-light wooden casement window on the first floor and a six-panelled door with four fielded panels on the ground floor. The fourth bay, at the right-hand end, has a sash window with glazing bars above and below.
