3/207 Stable-Block and Cart-Shed 20 metres s east of Wraxall Manor

GV II

Long Stable-Block and Cart-Shed. Early C19 and with late C19 alterations. Coursed rubble-stone and brick walls. Slate roof, half-hipped. Low clock-tower over carriage entrance. Stone steps up to loft at south end. One storey. 7 windows (irregular fenestration), 2-light casements with glazing-bars, dressed stone jambs and segmental heads. Main carriage entrance has dressed stone jambs and an elliptical arch. Two carriage- entrances with elliptical arches at north-east end. Long side to road, chalk-block walling at north end, and train carriage entrance.
