Detached former-farmhouse, now private house. Mid C19. Rubble-stone walls. Slate roofs, gabled and hipped at east end, and with boxed eaves. Two storeys. Four windows to street, three-light wood casements with glazing-bars. Wood cills. Plank and shuttered window at right ground. Segmental stone voussoirs over. Front door in the angle to street, flush-panel with two top lights, C19. Pentice slate canopy over carried on two wood posts. East elevation also has three-light casements.
