Description

This is a mid-19th century stone wall and retaining wall that runs along the north side of the pavement, beside the River Brit, from a location known as the Court as far as West Mill. The wall is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and has an ashlar coping. It includes three piers topped with pyramidal caps. The wall is gently ramped upwards at its western end.
