Description
The Plume of Feathers Public House is a building located on Princes Street, dating back to the 18th century, though it was refronted in the 19th century. It is a two-storey structure with a five-window stucco front, featuring flat window architraves. The entrance is accentuated by Tuscan pilasters and an entablature, topped with a parapet. To the right, there is a mid-19th century extension made of colour-washed brick, which is a single storey and has two large sash windows with moulded surrounds, along with a doorway similar to that of the main building. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring overhanging eaves supported by paired brackets.
