Description

The Kent County Library is a building that dates back to the 18th century or earlier. Its front is stuccoed in the early 19th century and features incised detailing to imitate masonry. The roof is tiled and has a central brick chimney stack. On the right side of the building, there are two 16-pane sash windows set within moulded architraves. The left side features a 3-light canted bay with 19th-century shopfronts. At the rear, there is a 19th-century stuccoed wing.
