Description

No. 13 High West Street is a three-storey building with a two-window painted brick front, dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It features a slate roof and a dormer on the first floor that has a splayed bay with altered glazing bars. On the second floor, there are two sash windows set in wide flush frames. The early to mid-19th century projecting shopfront has ogee heads above the window lights. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 13 to 15, The Old Ship Public House, Nos. 18 and 19, The Royal Oak House, Nos. 21 to 24, and the Church of Our Lady.
