Description

Court Cottage, located at the rear of No 62 on High West Street, is likely from the 18th century and consists of three sections. The walls are a combination of stone and timber framing, with plaster, and it has a modern tiled roof and brick stacks. The building is two storeys high, with the central section slightly projecting on the ground floor. There is an old lodged door, and most of the windows are casements with glazing bars, except for one double-hung sash window with glazing bars on the first floor. Inside, the southern ground floor room features an 18th-century moulded panelled dado.
