Description

This cottage, located approximately 40 meters north-west of Lower Minchington Farmhouse, dates from the early 18th century. It features rendered and whitewashed walls, a half-hipped thatched roof, and brick stacks at the right end. The building is one and a half storeys tall and has a two-window range with 2-light casements that include glazing bars. There is a flat porch at the front. The cottage is included in the listing mainly for its group value.
