Description

The Thatched Cottage is a cottage, probably from the early 18th century. It features whitewashed, rendered walls and a thatched roof that is hipped to the south-west. There is a brick stack located at the junction of the hip and ridge. A part of the building under the hip may be a 19th-century addition. The cottage has two storeys and a two-window range, with two-light, wrought-iron casements that have leaded lights. There is also a sash window with glazing bars in the extension. The entrance to the cottage is now located at the rear.
