Description

This is a cottage located 30 meters north-east of No. 70, dating from the early 18th century. The building is rendered and whitewashed, with end walls made of banded brick and flint. It features a thatched roof with brick stacks at both ends. The cottage is symmetrical, standing two storeys tall with attics and consisting of two bays. The upper floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor has two-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. The attics include 20th-century picture windows. The entrance is a central part-glazed plank door set within a porch made of corrugated iron.
