Description

This is a late 18th to early 19th century building, situated behind and adjoining No. 15 on Cornmarket. It has rendered walls and a tiled roof, with brick and rendered stacks. The building is two storeys high with an attic. The ground floor has a doorway with a segmental canopy above it, a shop window, and one smaller window. The first floor features a canted bay window over the shop window, with a moulded cornice, and a double-hung sash window with glazing bars. The attic has two dormers with flat roofs and side-hung casements. The building is listed for group value.
