WEST BOROUGH 1. 5193 (east side) No 44 (formerly listed as No 61 SU 0000 SE 2/129 14.6.52 II GV 2. Late C18. Of 2 builds. Colourwashed brick walls. Tiled roof. Brick stacks. Northern section has 2 storeys and attic. Platband at first floor level. Two gables facing the road. Doorway with 6 panel door and semi-circular fanlight with segmental hood on simple brackets and reeded pilasters. Ground floor has one double hung sash window with glazing bars. First floor has 2 double hung sash windows with vertical bars only. Attic has 2 half dormers - in the gables - with vertical bars only. Southern section has 2 storeys. Ground floor has one double hung sash window with glazing bars in upper sash. First floor has one double hung sash window with glazing bars.
