First floors each have three similar windows. One similar dormer in each attic. On front gable end elevations each house has a projecting square bay window with thatched roof and similar casements on ground floor. Two similar windows on first floor and one in attic. The central single-storey range - Nos 1 and 2 Dairy Bungalows, has a slightly higher section in the centre, containing a recessed loggia. Part-glazed entrance doors. Casement windows with iron sashes and lead lights. Retaining wall in front of building of rubble stone, with rounded brick capping. An attractive group in the "Garden City" tradition.
