Description

Number 31 on Ropewalks is probably an 18th-century building constructed of red brick, with some sections of rubble. It features a pitched slate roof and a brick gable parapet supported by kneelers. The eaves cornice is made of bricks set diagonally. The building has three storeys and two ranges of segment-headed windows. There is one planked door and one blocked loading door. To the north, there is a lean-to extension with a catslide roof.
