Description
Priory Works, built in the mid 19th century, features hammer-dressed stone and a pitched slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has ten ranges of sash windows with glazing bars, eight of which are located on the west side. There is one range of planked double loading doors with a winch hoist above, along with a cart loading bay that has a three-centred arch underneath. Access includes one planked door with an oblong fanlight, which is reached by a flight of steps. Additionally, there is a canted ground floor bay with sash windows. The property is complemented by gate piers that have pedimented capitals and flanking walls.
