Description

Number 12 on Hungate Street is an 18th-century building featuring a red brick exterior and a pantiled gabled roof with bracketed eaves. The structure has two storeys and attics. It includes sash windows with glazing bars and rubbed brick arches. The central bay is slightly advanced and has a timber doorcase with panelled reveals. To the right, there is a modern shop window. At the rear, there is a tiled catslide extension.
