Description
Broadoak Church is a church built between 1865 and 1866 by Talbot Bury. It features a nave and chancel oriented to the south-west, with walls made of coursed Lias stone and a slate roof topped with stone gable copings. On the north gable, there is a sanctus bell-cote with set-offs, a gable, and a cross. The main doorway is located in the north wall and has a straight-chamfered, two-centred arch-head and jambs, leading to a two-leaf door with ornamental hinges. Above the door, there is a two-light stone mullioned window with plate tracery, and a trefoil-shaped stone window above that. The side walls are adorned with four pointed-arch windows, each featuring straight chamfers.
