Description

Mill House is a 19th-century building located on the north side of Knobcrook Lane. It features brick walls and a low-pitched slate roof with brick stacks. The house is two storeys tall, with a central door set in a projecting rendered porch that has a flat roof and cornice. The centre section of the facade projects slightly. On the ground floor, there are two double-hung sash windows with a central glazing bar, while the first floor has three similar windows. The east elevation includes a projecting bay window with a rendered surround. A white painted cast iron fence marks the front boundary. This unspoilt 19th-century house has group value and a historical association with the mill.
