Description

Corner Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The exterior is rendered and whitewashed, featuring a brick stack positioned slightly along the left side of the ridge. The building has two storeys and a three-window range. On the upper floor, there are two-light casement windows from the 19th or 20th century, which include glazing bars. The ground floor features a central three-light window with ovolo-moulded timber mullions from the 17th century, equipped with wrought-iron casements and leaded lights. The other ground floor windows have been replaced in the 20th century. The entrance to the cottage is now located at the rear, and there is a 20th-century extension on the left-hand bay.
