Description

Old Timbers is a pair of semi-detached cottages, now functioning as a single house, dating from the 18th century. The exterior features rendered walls with brick nogging visible in the dormers above the wall-plate level. The building has thatched roofs with brick stacks at each end. It is one and a half stories high and has a four-window range, with 2 and 3-light 20th-century timber casements that include diamond pane leaded lights. The original doors have been blocked, and the entrance is now located at the rear.

Inside, notable features include chamfered and stop-chamfered ceiling beams, as well as an open fireplace with a stop-chamfered bressummer. The property has undergone significant restoration.
