Description

The Sheiling is a cottage from the 17th century, possibly with an earlier core. It is constructed of flint and brick and features a thatched roof. There is a brick stack on the ridge to the left of the door. The cottage has one and a half storeys and an irregular arrangement of two windows. The windows are two-light casements made of 20th-century uPVC. Near the center of the front is a plank door, which is sheltered by a timber open porch supported by carved posts.
