Description

This building, located next to Pear Tree House to the north, is a house and shop that likely dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed from banded brick and flint and features a half-hipped thatched roof with a brick chimney on the right side. The building has one and a half storeys and a three-window range. On the left side, there is a 20th-century shop front. The ground floor has three-light casement windows with glazing bars, while the dormers feature similar two-light casements. The ground floor openings are set under segmental brick heads. At the rear, there is a half-hipped thatched range.
