Description
Sunny Cottage is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick, featuring a slated, gable-ended roof and end brick stacks. The building is symmetrical, standing two storeys tall with an attic and comprising five bays. It has 4-pane sash windows and a panelled door topped with a fanlight. A mid-19th-century glazed wooden porch enhances the entrance.
