Description
Pineska, located at Salem, No 7, is a building dating from the 18th to 19th century. It features a stone rubble front and a plaintile roof. The building has one window bay and a door, except for Pineska, which has two windows on the first floor. The windows consist of wood casements with small panes, including two 2-light windows above and a 3-light window below. There is a ledged door in a frame. Salem has a 2-light leaded casement above and a 4-light leaded casement with a lintel below, along with a ledged door in a frame with a lintel. No 7 has a 2-light leaded casement above and a 3-light leaded casement with a lintel below, featuring a ledged door in reveals. Pineska, Salem, No 7, along with nearby properties such as G F S Room, All Hallows, Askwith House, Nowell House, Digby Estate Nos 207, 208, and 209, and two outbuildings to the south of Digby Estate No 209, form a group with the west return of the premises occupied by Mr Hunt on Trendle Street.
