Description

This is an 18th or early 19th century building, likely a house, located on the south west side of Acreman Street, and adjoining Acre House. It is a two-storey, four-window structure with a pebble-dashed front. A moulded string runs at dado level. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The doorway features a moulded architrave and hood, a six-panelled door in a frame, and a rectangular fanlight above. To the right is a painted stone three-centred arch leading to an entry. The roof is covered in plain tiles.
