Description
Nos 61 and 62 are a range of cottages, likely built in the mid-19th century. They feature stone walls and tiled roofs with stone eaves courses. The south gable is half-hipped, while the north gable has a parapet. There are brick stacks on the roof. The cottages are two storeys high. On the ground floor, there are two part-glazed doors and nine casement windows, of which five still have their original glazing bars, while four have been replaced with modern casements. The first floor has seven horizontally sliding sash windows, all with glazing bars. At the rear, there are later lean-to extensions, and a large opening at the north end leads into a semi-basement store.
