Description
The former coach house and stable at Burngate Farm, located south of the house, consists of two sections: the western part dating from the 17th century and the eastern part from the 18th century. It features brick walls and a tiled roof, and is a single storey building with large double door openings. Nearby, to the north of the house, lies the site of Mount Poynings, a large 16th-century house that was likely demolished in the 17th century. Materials from Mount Poynings appear to have been reused in the construction of Burngate Farm.
