Description

This is a cottage from the late 19th century located in Minterne Magna. It features rubble walls with some ashlar stonework and has gable-ended roofs that are slated, with a central rendered chimney stack. A gabled wing extends to the left side of the building. The cottage is two storeys high and has approximately three window openings across its front. On the right side, there is a canted bay window, and the main windows are mainly three-light, with stone mullions and transoms. There is also a single-light window situated above the porch. The windows are casements with horizontal glazing bars. The porch is made of ashlar stone and has a segmental-pointed arch. This building is included in the listing for its group value with other nearby structures.
