Description

The garden wall to Minterne Magna House, which includes a potting shed, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of brick in various bonds and has been significantly rebuilt in some areas. The wall features stone coping. The potting shed, which may have originally been a gazebo, has a round plan and is built with Flemish bond brickwork. It includes a stone cornice band and a parapet with triangular step-ups, topped with a slate roof. To the east of the wall, there is a gateway, likely from the early 20th century, which has stone piers and elaborate iron gates.
