Description

Pond House is a cottage, likely built in the late 19th century, possibly as a significant rebuild of an earlier structure. It features rubble walls with some flint and has a gable-ended thatched roof. There are brick stacks at the ends and to the left of the center. The building is two stories tall and has approximately five windows across its front. On the ground floor, there are stone mullioned windows with 1, 2, 3, and 4 lights. The upper floor has wooden casement windows with 2, 3, and 4 lights, and all windows have leaded lights. A tiled porch is also present.
