CHURCH KNOWLE SY 9381 12/22 Puddle Mill Farm House - II Detached farmhouse. Probably late C18. Rubble stone walls, tiled roof, stone end stacks. 2 storeys. Central part-glazed door. Ground floor has 2 casement windows with glazing bars, under stone arches. First floor has 3 casement windows with glazing bars. At east end an attached dairy building of similar construction. Main ground floor rooms have large open fireplaces, part built up. Some exposed ceiling beams. RCHM Monument 23 (Dorset Vol II)
