Description
Bradle Farm House is a detached farmhouse built in 1862, as indicated by a date stone on the gable. The building features stone walls and a slate roof with coped gables, along with brick stacks that have oversailing courses. It is one storey high with an attic and has a U-shaped plan, consisting of a main range with two rear wings; the south wing projects slightly forward and has a gable. There is a porch with a Gothic arch, a moulded apex, and kneelers, leading to a ledged door. The ground floor includes three 3-light stone mullioned and transomed windows with hoodmoulds, and there are also 3-light stone mullioned windows in the south gable. In the attic, there are two coped gabled dormers, each featuring 2-light stone mullioned windows.
