Description
The stable block attached to Fontmell Parva House is a building dating from around 1864, likely designed by George Evans of Wimborne. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features hipped tiled roofs. The structure is arranged in a U-plan and has a main facade that is symmetrical with five bays. It is a single-storey building with lofts, and the windows are sash style with segmental heads. A notable feature is the central gabled bay that includes a clock. Inside, some of the original stalls remain in place.
