Description
Millbrook House is a house dating from the 17th century, which has been extensively rebuilt in the 19th century and features late 20th-century extensions. The building has rendered and rubble walls with ashlar dressings and slate roofs, topped with end brick stacks. The main block consists of three storeys, while a subsidiary block has two storeys. The windows are arranged irregularly; the main block includes blocked 17th-century windows with returned labels, while other windows are 19th-century sashes. The subsidiary block retains original stone mullioned windows with two lights, featuring chamfered and hollow chamfered jambs and mullions. To the north-west, there is a 20th-century brick extension, which is not considered of special interest.
