Description

The stable block, dated 1862, is located 20 meters northeast of Edmonsham House. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped tiled roof with various brick stacks. The building is a single storey with attics and has a symmetrical design with projecting wings on each side. It includes 2-light casements with glazing bars and double, round-headed, plank carriage doors on either side of a central pavilion, topped with a lantern. This stable block is an impressive and largely unaltered architectural composition.
